Folder Descriptions

You can add descriptions to folders, useful if you need to display a summary of the folder purpose to your internal team or clients.

 

To do this:

Navigate to the file section of your group, and click into a folder 

 

Once in the folder, hover over the folder’s name to see the pen icon and description section and then click on it

 

Use the textbox to add text/relevant links etc.

 

 

Press 'save' and the description will appear under the folder title
