Voiceflow Integration

The Voiceflow integration allows you to add a Voiceflow chatbot to a specific group in Clinked. Once enabled, members of that group can access the chatbot from a floating action button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

How it works

When the integration is enabled for a group, the Voiceflow chatbot becomes available within that group only. This means you can enable the chatbot for selected groups, keep it disabled for others, or use different Voiceflow chatbots in different groups.

How to enable the Voiceflow integration
  1. Go to the group where you want to enable the chatbot.
  2. Open the group settings.
  3. Navigate to the Integrations section.
  4. Turn on the toggle for Voiceflow.
  5. Paste the code snippet from Voiceflow.
  6. Click Enable.

Once enabled, the Voiceflow chatbot will appear as a floating action button in the bottom-right corner of the group.

Requirements and important notes

This is a group-level integration, so it only applies to the group where it has been enabled.

Voiceflow requires a paid subscription. The chatbot setup, configuration, and management are handled within Voiceflow.
